Shipping Policy

At Kiyocha, we pride ourselves on providing only the best quality products to our customers, but sometimes things don't go to plan. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Returns:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to food safety, we are unable to accept any returns on tea.

  • Refunds on wrong or damaged items:

If your product arrived damaged, defective or is in the wrong order, please contact us at hello.kiyocha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with extensive photos of the damaged/wrong items. Once our team assesses the information you provided, we will contact you to let you know our decision or request more information. If your item qualifies, we will either issue a full refund, shipping included, or store credit for the value of your purchase. 

  • Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
